FGO currently maintains 2 call centers staffed with trained associates and management that are able to field a variety of calls pertaining to the delivery, the delivery experience, and the any questions about the delivery appointment. These call centers are located in Elmwood Park, NJ and Tampa, FL. We are able to incorporate your customers calls into the daily workflow with minimal setup.
